The two most important factors in epoxy coatings are floor preparation and the quality of the material. We prepare the floors using mechanical diamond grinding (not acid etching). Diamond grinding provides an excellent bonding between the concrete and epoxy. We use urethanes and polyaspartic top coats over the epoxy. This provides superb abrasion resistance and is UV color stable.
